"I had my first 60-minute experience in the Multi-Sensory Light & Sound Suite at Delta & Sound. I chose a journey from the menu that was more 'out of body'. I was not disappointed!
After settling in, I could feel myself transcending out of my body, feeling fully relaxed, floating, seeing the most beautiful colors, fractals and geometric shapes - like having a psychedelic experience without the psychedelics. I feel cleansed, nourished and elated by the vibrations and incredible fractals my mind was creating. This type of therapy is like no other, and I truly have a hard time putting into words how incredible it feels.
