Before we begin private group sessions, I invite you to pour yourself a cup of tea and browse the extensive library of metaphysical books, tarot, and oracle decks. You are also welcome to bring your pillow and blankets for extra comfort as you settle in on the provided extra-thick mats.
Bolsters, eye pillows, and 10-pound sandbags for deep-pressure therapy are also available.
Each intuitively guided sound healing journey begins with a relaxing guided meditation to help participants settle more deeply into the present moment.
After the journey is complete, there is time reserved for personal and group integration.
