You will be guided through a series of deeply relaxing and restorative yin poses held for more extended periods to allow the body to release tension in a safe and supported way.
While resting in each pose, Naomi will lead you through a series of healing sound instruments that will play for the duration of each posture's hold.
These sessions are pure bliss.
