A series of deeply relaxing and restorative yin poses held for extended periods allows the body to release tension safely. Each passive pose is supported by powerful healing instruments, creating a truly uniquely somatic healing experience.
Participants are welcome to rest in whatever way feels best for them. Poses are optional.
